Shipping is free to the UK mainland on orders of £50 and over once discounts, coupons, ID Points have been deducted. Under £50 orders are from £2.95 in the UK. Shipping is a flat rate regardless of order size. All of our products are shipped from the UK. Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 are shipped via Royal Mail. The time scale is not guaranteed but usually is 2-3 days for Tracked 48 and 1-2 days for Tracked 48. UK Expedited option is by Parcel Force, they collect Monday to Friday and deliver on Monday to Fridays ONLY so if Expedited is selected for a Friday it would not arrive until Monday, so we may alter this to Tracked 24 to get to you faster. Royal Mail cut off time for same day dispatch is 2pm, however on busy days we can not guarantee an item goes out the same day. Parcel Force cut off time is 1.30pm.

Pre-Orders

Pre-Orders are now dealt with differently to the older website. If a 10% deposit is paid you will receive an email when the item is due with a link to pay which will take you to your account to pay, and floating link will appear on your account once logged in to remind you there is pending payments. Shipping is paid when a balance is paid.

Returns

We offer a no quibble 30 day return policy on unwanted but unopened items. This is returned at your own cost. If you have any damaged or faulty products (not including packaging) please contact us so we can resolve any issues for you. These need to be reported within 3 days of the item being delivered though. We cannot guarantee items arrive with undamaged boxes, but we never send anything out damaged. Every time I buy one of these Missing Link figures, I do think 'Cor, that's a lot of money.' Then they turn up and I just spend ages marvelling at them. Wisely, Takara Tomy are dipping into characters that haven't had much exposure in the reissue programs of years gone by, so we're getting figures that feel new and fresh (despite obviously being reheats of vintage toys). Grimlock is fantastic. The original Dinobots were always a fantastic set of toys, so having one of them rebuilt from the ground up is very exciting. The sculpting and detailing is excellent and I particularly love the sculpted and painted wires and whatnot that was done with stickers back in the day (Indeed, having gone to all this effort, I do find it baffling that each of these Missing Link figures comes with a sticker sheet - why would you want to label over something that's already been done for you?). The extra articulation in the T-Rex mode (arms, knees and tail) is cute, making for a more expressive dinosaur mode. Pleasingly, there's a another Diaclone pilot included to make use of the seat! I'm sure this is probably someone from the cartoon, but I can't tell and don't really care. I just like that these are included. Robot mode is also nice, but I notice the rebuild of this figure means that the dinosaur head no longer folds completely flat against the back of the robot mode, which necessitates the use of some flip out heels to stop the robot mode toppling back. The additional joints mean you can strike some decent poses and I like being able to turn the head about. More importantly though, is the weapons the figure comes with. As well as the blaster and - very pleasingly - missile launcher, is a chromed sword. I always liked this on the original Diaclone toy over the red plastic sword the Transformers release came with, so this makes me way happier than it should. Along with the figure, you get all the catalgoue stuff, a trading card, tech spec decorder, instructions and sticker sheet. All in all, a very handsome package and up there with Sunstreaker and Arcee as the best of the series so far. Recommended - if you've the spare cash and are into this sort of thing.

This missing link grimlock is an amazing figure, takes me back to my childhood, anyone who is a G1 transformers fan then this missing link grimlock is a must have, I liked this figure that much that I purchased two to display in dino and robot modes
